羅茨鼓風機出現負壓時,應針對其原因分別采取措施進行處理。應適當減少氣量,以免高壓機入口抽成負壓,造成惡性事故,然后查明原因,分別處理,待處理正常后再加負荷。將氣量減少低程度,必然時緊急停車,待煤氣系統處理正常,氣框有上升趨勢時,交換系統應爭取時間開車。
