一般情況下旋轉供料器與料封泵的氣源均為羅茨風機。所以輸送量是差不多的。旋轉供料器的輸送距離距離為45-75m，遠距離為300m。料封泵輸送距離約為30-500m。

料封泵與旋轉供料器通常采用羅茨風機供氣，工作壓力一般在0.1Mpa以下 。

旋轉供料器為懸浮流稀相輸送，物料為懸浮狀態，基本不會引起管道堵塞 料封泵只能進行低濃度輸送。在輸送過程中,必須防止因濃度升高而引起管道堵塞或吹穿料封層。

05輸送速度

旋轉供料器為稀相輸送，輸送速度比料封泵更快一點。旋轉供料器對管道的磨損要比料封泵稍大，但是差別不大。

The rotary feeder is used for dilute phase conveying, and the conveying speed is slightly faster than the material seal pump. The wear of the rotating feeder on the pipeline is slightly greater than that of the material seal pump, but the difference is not significant.

旋轉供料器可以多個下料口共管。料封泵一般不能多泵共管,只能一臺泵一根輸送管,當有多個下料口時管道布置復雜。

The rotary feeder can have multiple feeding ports in common. Material seal pumps generally cannot have multiple pumps in the same pipe, and can only have one pump and one conveying pipe. When there are multiple discharge ports, the pipeline layout is complex.

同樣輸送量的旋轉供料器的相比料封泵要便宜很多。并且因為旋轉供料器的各種優勢，很多廠家已經在對料封泵進行了替換。在行業內也慢慢更傾向于選擇旋轉供料器來進力輸送的設計。

The price of a rotary feeder with the same conveying capacity is much cheaper than that of a sealed pump. And due to the various advantages of the rotary feeder, many manufacturers have already replaced the material seal pump.
