Before starting the pneumatic conveying equipment, it is necessary to inspect the equipment first, including whether the gear oil is full, whether all components are intact, the forward and reverse rotation of the Roots blower and rotary supply, and whether the water pipeline is smooth, etc.

After the plate valve opens, the material falls into the rotary supply device, and when it enters the water pipeline, the pressure gauge will fluctuate. According to the fluidity of the material and the display of the pressure gauge, the cutting amount can be adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the manual valve. Observe the changes in the pressure gauge at any time.

關閉設備的時候需要先關閉手動板閥（設備暫時停止的話不必關閉手動板閥），然后關閉旋轉供給器，觀察風扇出口處的壓力計，直到壓力下降到攻關壓力（約1分鐘間隔）。

When shutting down the equipment, it is necessary to first close the manual plate valve (if the equipment is temporarily stopped, there is no need to close the manual plate valve), then turn off the rotary feeder and observe the pressure gauge at the fan outlet until the pressure drops to the breakthrough pressure (approximately 1 minute interval).

設備若是要停止3-4個小時及以上，就需要關閉手動板閥，若是要停止1-2天及以上，需要在除塵結束后關閉手動板閥。

If the equipment needs to stop for 3-4 hours or more, the manual plate valve needs to be closed. If it needs to stop for 1-2 days or more, the manual plate valve needs to be closed after the dust removal is completed.
