一、脈沖除塵器簡介脈沖除塵器,是以壓縮空氣為清灰動力,利用脈沖噴吹機構(gòu)在瞬間放出壓縮空氣,誘導(dǎo)數(shù)倍的二次空氣高速攝入濾袋,使濾袋急劇膨脹,依靠沖擊振動和反向氣流而清灰的除塵器。脈沖式除塵器是一種除塵凈化設(shè)備,采用脈沖噴吹的清灰方式,具有清灰效果好、凈化效率高、處量大、濾袋壽命長、維修工作量小、運行可靠等優(yōu)點;但需要壓縮空氣,而且當(dāng)供給的壓縮空氣壓力不能滿足要求時,請回效果會大大降低。由于脈沖袋式除塵器優(yōu)點突出,所以,它的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。脈沖除塵氣具有多種形式,如逆噴、順噴、對噴、旋轉(zhuǎn)噴吹等。吹氣源壓為低于0.25MPa者成為低壓噴吹;吹氣源壓為高于0. 5MPa者成為高壓噴吹。二、脈沖除塵器工作原理圖以脈沖袋式除塵器為例,工作原理如下圖所示。脈沖閥一端接壓縮空氣包,另一端接噴吹管,脈沖閥背壓室接控制閥,脈沖控制儀控制著控制閥及脈沖閥開啟。

Due to the outstanding advantages of pulse bag filter, its application is becoming increasingly widespread. Pulse dust removal gas has various forms, such as reverse spray, forward spray, counter spray, rotary spray, etc. If the blowing source pressure is lower than 0.25MPa, it becomes low-pressure blowing; A blowing source pressure higher than 0.5 MPa is called high-pressure blowing. 2、 The working principle diagram of the pulse dust collector takes the pulse bag filter as an example, and the working principle is shown in the following figure. One end of the pulse valve is connected to the compressed air bag, and the other end is connected to the spray pipe. The back pressure chamber of the pulse valve is connected to the control valve, and the pulse controller controls the opening of the control valve and pulse valve.
當(dāng)控制儀無信號輸出時,控制閥的排氣口被關(guān)閉,脈沖閥噴口處關(guān)閉狀態(tài);當(dāng)控制儀發(fā)出信號時控制排氣口被打開,脈沖閥背壓室外的氣體泄掉壓力降低,膜片兩面產(chǎn)生壓差,膜片因壓差作用而產(chǎn)生位移,脈沖閥噴吹打開,此時壓縮空氣從氣包通過脈沖閥經(jīng)噴吹管小孔噴出(從噴吹管噴出的氣體為一次風(fēng))。當(dāng)高速氣流通過文氏管誘導(dǎo)器誘導(dǎo)了數(shù)倍于一次風(fēng)的周圍空氣(稱為二次風(fēng))進入濾袋,造成濾袋內(nèi)瞬時正壓,實現(xiàn)清灰。了解脈沖除塵器的基礎(chǔ)知識,是設(shè)計或正確選型的基礎(chǔ)。并且,根據(jù)我們過去積累的經(jīng)驗,我們還對脈沖除塵器清灰裝置的選型理論做了如下論述。三、脈沖除塵器清灰裝置的選型設(shè)計脈沖除塵器清灰裝置由脈沖閥、噴吹管、貯氣包、導(dǎo)流器和控制儀等幾部分組成。其設(shè)計選型主要包括氣源氣包設(shè)計、噴吹管設(shè)計和電磁脈沖閥選型3大項。

When the high-speed airflow induces several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) through the Venturi tube inducer to enter the filter bag, causing instantaneous positive pressure inside the filter bag and achieving dust cleaning. Understanding the basic knowledge of pulse dust collectors is the foundation for designing or selecting them correctly. Moreover, based on our accumulated experience in the past, we have also made the following discussion on the selection theory of the pulse dust collector cleaning device. 3、 The selection and design of the pulse dust collector cleaning device. The pulse dust collector cleaning device consists of several parts such as pulse valve, spray pipe, gas storage bag, guide vane, and control instrument. The design selection mainly includes three items: gas source package design, spray pipe design, and electromagnetic pulse valve selection.
